On 3/20/09 Everett Media said... I paid $275 to Lisa Donaldson via TixNix / her website to fight an unfair speeding ticket on about Feb. 10, 2009. On Feb. 13, 2009 I informed her via phone that I do not wish to accept any deals that could be offered and I need to fight this. She sent me a letter dated the same date to meet her in front of the court house at 2:15 PM. I waited at 2:05 PM until 2:29 PM until I had only one minute left before I had to be in the court room. During the court, I was told she tried to make a failed deal and that I had the chance to call. I tried calling a few times with no luck and was given the ticket of $271 for speeding in a school zone. She called and apologized for not showing up and for trying to make a deal when she said she would not. This has caused me a lot of stress, could cause my insurance to increase, caused my OPS complaint against the officer to have little weight, and for me to have to pay the fine. I would have been better off hiring a better qualified rock than to hire Lis
